Given: d = 4 mm, D = 30 mm, L₀ = 80 mm, n = 10, G = 79300 MPa
C = 30/4 = 7.5
k = 79300 × 4⁴ / (8 × 30³ × 10) = 79300 × 256 / 2,160,000 = 9.39 N/mm
Solid height = (10+2) × 4 = 48 mm → Travel = 80 − 48 = 32 mm
Fsolid = 9.39 × 32 = 300.5 N
