Issiqlik kengayishi printsipi

Podshipnik qizdirilganda, po'latning issiqlik kengayishi tufayli uning ichki halqasi kengayadi. Teshik diametrining ortishi harorat ko'tarilishiga va dastlabki diametrga mutanosib ravishda aniqlanadi:

  • α — coefficient of thermal expansion for bearing steel ≈ 12.5 × 10⁻⁶ /°C
  • d — podshipnik teshigi diametri (mm)
  • ΔT — atrof-muhit haroratidan yuqori harorat ko'tarilishi (°C)

Given: d = 60 mm, interference = 30 μm, clearance = 15 μm, Tambient = 20 °C

Total expansion needed = 30 + 15 = 45 μm = 0.045 mm

ΔT = 0.045 / (12.5 × 10⁻⁶ × 60) = 0.045 / 0.00075 = 60.0 °C

Theating = 20 + 60 = 80 °C ✓ (ochiq podshipniklar uchun ruxsat etilgan chegaralar doirasida)

💡 Tip: Doimo kalibrlangan harorat o'lchash qurilmasidan foydalaning. Ichki harorat nazorati bo'lgan induksion isitgichlar podshipniklarni montaj qilishning eng ishonchli usulidir.
