Aylana quvurdagi o'rtacha oqim tezligi uzluksizlik tenglamasidan Q = v × A asosida aniqlanadi:

  • v — o'rtacha oqim tezligi (m/s)
  • Q — hajmiy oqim tezligi (m³/s)
  • d — quvurning ichki diametri (m)
  • A — quvurning kesim yuzasi (m²)

Reynolds soni

Reynoldsov soni oqim rejimini belgilaydi — laminар, o'tish yoki turbulent:

  • Re < 2300 — Laminar oqim (silliq, tartibli)
  • 2300 ≤ Re ≤ 4000 — O'tish rejimi (beqaror)
  • Re > 4000 — Turbulent oqim (tartibsiz, yuqori ishqalanish)

Given: Q = 60 L/min, Pipe ID = 25 mm, Oil viscosity = 32 cSt

Convert: Q = 60 / 60000 = 0.001 m³/s, d = 0.025 m

A = π/4 × 0.025² = 4.909 × 10⁻⁴ m²

v = 0.001 / 4.909×10⁻⁴ = 2.04 m/s

Re = 2.04 × 0.025 / (32 × 10⁻⁶) = 1,592 → Laminar

2,04 m/s tezlik bosimli quvurlar uchun tavsiya etilgan diapazon doirasida (3–6 m/s optimal, lekin 2 m/s ham maqbul).

⚠️ Note: Hisoblangan tezlik — quvur ko'ndalang kesimi bo'yicha o'rtacha tezlik. Haqiqiy tezlik devor yaqinidagi noldan markazdagi maksimalgacha o'zgarib boradi (laminar oqim uchun parabolik profil).
