We have been in business since 1999 and specialize in CNC spindle repair and rebuilding, as well as the sale of precision spindle bearings and spindle motors. Since 2006, spindle repair has comprised 100% of our service operations. Our engineers gained their expertise at Komo Machine Inc., a leading machine tool manufacturer, giving us an in-depth understanding of spindle design and performance.

We are one of the leading CNC spindle rebuilding service providers in the United States and Canada. Our guiding principle is simple — "Don't Fix Something That Isn't Broken." We never push unnecessary repairs and always work to minimize our customers' costs.

Our Services

CNC Spindle Repair and Rebuilding

We provide a complete spindle repair and rebuilding service that includes:

• Full spindle disassembly
• Individual inspection and evaluation of every component
• Firm quote provided after assessment for customer approval
• Replacement of bearings with new precision-grade units (ABEC 7 – ABEC 9)
• Replacement of out-of-tolerance parts with genuine OEM components
• Reassembly in a clean room environment
• Full bearing break-in procedure
• Dynamic balancing of the spindle
• Final testing before shipment

Standard turnaround: 3–5 business days.

48-Hour Emergency Service: available for an additional $750.

Warranty: all repairs are covered by a full 6-month warranty.

We do not re-machine worn bearing seats. If a part is out of tolerance, we replace it with a new OEM original. In our experience, this approach is more reliable and ultimately more cost-effective for the customer.

CNC Spindle Dynamic Balancing

We perform dynamic balancing of CNC spindles as a mandatory step of every repair. Balancing is carried out after the spindle is reassembled in our clean room and after the bearing break-in procedure is completed. This ensures smooth operation and maximum service life of every rebuilt spindle.

Precision Spindle Bearings

We offer high-precision angular contact spindle bearings rated ABEC 7 through ABEC 9, supplied in matched duplex pairs and quad sets. We work exclusively with trusted manufacturers — SKF, SNFA, and leading German and Italian brands. We never use or sell Chinese bearings — no exceptions.

Main series in our catalog: SKF 7000CD, 7001CD, 7002ACD, 7002CD, 7003ACD, 7003CD and others in super-precision P4A / HCP4A configurations.

Spindle Motors

We supply new premium-quality spindle motors from world-class manufacturers:

• Giordano Colombo (RS, RA/RC series)
• Perske
• Elte

Our spindle motors are used on CNC machines for processing wood, plastics, aluminum, light alloys, glass, and marble.

OEM Spare Parts

We maintain our own stock of original spare parts for major spindle brands, allowing us to complete repairs in the shortest possible time.
