Our company has purchased your product Balanset 1A. The device comes with software version v1.70. In our opinion, this software has a bug, namely, when selecting single-plane balancing, it is not possible to enter the mass of the test load, since there is no corresponding input field. In previous versions of the software, this input field is available.

We would like to receive a version of the software with the ability to enter the mass of the test load for single-plane balancing.

Yes, there is indeed a bug in the latest version of the software — in single-plane balancing mode, the input field for the trial weight is missing.
