Soft Support ಹೊಂದಿರುವ Balancing Stand
ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಸರಳ ಸಮತೋಲನ gearಗಳನ್ನು balance ಮಾಡಲು ಬಳಸುವ stand ತೋರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. soft-bearing support balancing standಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಲಕ್ಷಣವೆಂದರೆ spring suspensionಗಳು, spring-mounted carriageಗಳು, flat ಅಥವಾ cylindrical spring supportಗಳು ಮುಂತಾದವುಗಳ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವುಗಳು ತೀರಾ ಅನುಗುಣ supportಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವುದು. ಈ supportಗಳ ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ಆವೃತ್ತಿ ದೋಲನ ಆವೃತ್ತಿ, ಅವುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಳವಡಿಸಲಾದ balance ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವ ರೋಟರ್ ನ ತಿರುಗುವ ಆವೃತ್ತಿಗಿಂತ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 2-3 ಪಟ್ಟು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದಂತೆ, ಚಲಿಸುವ frame (slider) 2 ಅನ್ನು ribbon springಗಳ 3 suspension system ಬಳಸಿ standನ ಸ್ಥಿರ support postಗಳು 1 ಗೆ ಜೋಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರ ಪ್ರಭಾವದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಮುಖ ಬಲವನ್ನು ರೋಟರ್ನ unbalanceನಿಂದ ಉಂಟಾಗುವ ಬಲದ ಪರಿಣಾಮವಾಗಿ carriage (slider) 2 ಸ್ಥಿರ post 1 ಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿ ಸಮತಲ ದೋಲನಗೊಳಬಹುದು; ಇದನ್ನು ಒಂದು ಬಳಸಿ ಅಳೆಯಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಕಂಪನ ಸಂವೇದಕ.
The design of this support provides a low natural frequency of the carriage’s oscillations, which can be 1-2 Hz, making it possible to balance the rotor over a wide range of rotation frequencies starting from 200 rpm. This feature, as well as the relative simplicity of manufacturing such supports, makes this design attractive to many of our customers who manufacture balancing stands for their own needs.
