Yulduz-Uchburchak ishga tushirish printsipi

Y-Δ ishga tushirishda motor o'ramlari dastlab yulduz (Y) sxemasida ulanadi, bu har bir o'ramdagi kuchlanishni V gacha kamaytiradiL/√3. Motor ~80% tezlikka yetgach, to'liq kuchlanishda ishlash uchun uchburchak (Δ) sxemasiga o'tadi.

Istart(Y) = Istart(DOL) / 3     Tstart(Y) = Tstart(DOL) / 3

Both current and torque are reduced by a factor of 3 (not √3). This is because the winding voltage is reduced by √3, and both current and torque scale with voltage².

Kontaktorni tanlash

  • KM1 (Asosiy/Liniya) — To'liq liniya tokini o'tkazadi; nominal tok bo'yicha tanlanadi
  • KM2 (Delta) — Carries phase current = line current / √3 ≈ 58% of rated
  • KM3 (Star) — Yulduz tokini o'tkazadi = liniya toki / 3 ≈ nominalning 33%

Kommutatsiya vaqti bo'yicha ko'rsatmalar

The timer for star-to-delta transition should be set so the motor reaches approximately 75–85% of rated speed before switching. Too early = high transition current spike. Too late = motor overheats in star.

⚠️ Important: Yulduz-uchburchak ishga tushirish faqat liniya kuchlanishida uchburchak ulash uchun mo'ljallangan motorlar uchun ishlaydi (masalan, 400V Δ / 690V Y). Given: 22 kW, 400V, In = 42A, starting multiplier = 7×

DOL starting current = 42 × 7 = 294 A

Y-Δ starting current = 294 / 3 = 98 A

To'g'ridan-to'g'ri ishga tushirish momenti = 1.5× Tn

Y-Δ ishga tushirish momenti = 0.5× Tn — markazdan qochma nasoslar/ventilyatorlar uchun yetarli, yuklangan konveyerlarda to'xtab qolishi mumkin
