Nikolai Shelkovenko
Nikolai Shelkovenko is a vibration analysis engineer at Vibromera and a developer of the Balanset-1A portable balancing system. He has more than 15 years of field experience in rotor balancing and vibration diagnostics, and is based in Porto, Portugal.
