What is the price of the Balanset-1A and what does it include?

The Full Kit is €1,975, which includes the two-channel USB measurement unit, two vibration accelerometers with 4 m cables, a laser tachometer / optical phase sensor (50–500 mm range), a magnetic sensor stand, a digital scale for trial and correction weights, Windows balancing and analysis software (perpetual licence), and a plastic transport case. Is a laptop included in the kit?

No. The Balanset-1A measuring unit connects to any Windows PC via USB. The software runs on Windows 7 through Windows 11. If you need a ruggedised field laptop, we can supply one on request — ask via the community forum for current options and pricing.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

We ship from Portugal via DHL Express. Shipping costs are €35 to mainland Portugal and €110 to the rest of the world. In-stock orders typically dispatch within 1–2 business days. You receive a DHL tracking number by e-mail when the parcel leaves our warehouse.

What warranty comes with the Balanset-1A?

Does the kit cover single-plane and two-plane balancing?

Yes. The Balanset-1A handles both single-plane balancing (narrow, disc-like rotors such as grinding wheels and single-stage fans) and two-plane balancing (wide rotors, long shafts, multi-stage assemblies) using the same influence-coefficient method. You switch between modes in software — no hardware change is needed.

How do I pay — and can I get a VAT invoice for my business?
