The rpm-stepped values below are widely used industry rules of thumb that originate from laser shaft-alignment practice (tolerance tables published by alignment-system manufacturers such as Prüftechnik and Fixturlaser); they are not defined by an ISO standard. Coupling standards such as ISO 14691 (flexible couplings for general-purpose applications in petroleum, petrochemical and natural gas industries) specify coupling requirements, including misalignment capability — always defer to the coupling manufacturer’s data.

Given: Speed = 1500 RPM, Coupling = Flexible general, Spacer = 100 mm

Speed range: 750–1500 RPM → Offset = 0.08 mm, Angular = 0.10 mm/100mm

Muftani tuzatish: ×1.0 (moslashuvchan umumiy)

Siljish toleransi = 0.08 mm

Burchak toleransi = 0.10 mm/100mm = 1.00 mrad

Gap difference at spacer = 0.10 × 100/100 = 0.10 mm
