Rotor balancing, on customer’s request, was made without blades. Rotor vibration before balancing was 15 and 20 mm/sec. After 0.7 and 1.0 mm/sec.

Balancing Mulchera AHWI. The rotor of the mulcher is successfully balanced. The vibrations are reduced from 24 mm/s to 1.2 mm/s.

The rotor of the crusher was successfully balanced.It was not possible to disperse the rotor as usual, so the level of the original vibration was not known, but there was clearly more than 100 mm/sec! End result 0.5 and 1 mm/sec. I was glad 🙂
