Praktikal na Halimbawa
Given: Standard steel ball bearing na sinukat sa 105 °C sa outer housing.
Max continuous = 120 °C, max short-term = 150 °C
Sinukat na 105 °C = 87.5% ng maximum continuous → Warning zone (80–100%)
Ang actual inner raceway temp ay malamang na 115–125 °C (10–20 °C mas mataas kaysa housing)
Recommendation: Approaching thermal limit. Investigate root cause — possible lubrication degradation, misalignment, or overload.
