    Thirty unsupported boundary applications removed. Five machine labels and two measurement labels no longer produce A/B, B/C or C/D values without a checked licensed current clause/table and all conditions.
    False machine specificity removed. Four vertical labels shared one bearing triplet and all five labels shared one shaft triplet even though the official record says type, orientation and bearing location affect limits.
    Bearing scope made explicit. Oil-lubricated shell or pad bearings are required; water-lubricated and rolling-element arrangements are screened as exclusions.
    Plant and train scope made explicit. Four listed configurations are recorded, while thermal/industrial pumps and non-pump-storage motor use no longer receive a zone.
    Operating-state exclusions enforced. Transient, non-synchronous and synchronous-condenser states no longer pass through a generic scalar classifier.
    Measurement exclusions enforced. Absolute housing displacement, axial vibration and stator core/frame vibration are no longer treated as eligible inputs.
    Purpose A and Purpose B separated. Damage prevention is not conflated with change monitoring, diagnosis or prognosis.

    Why does this page no longer output Zone A, B, C or D?

    The former thirty boundary applications lacked a checked licensed ISO 20816-5:2018 clause/table, exact Annex A unit and normal-range mapping, location-specific conditions and verified boundary convention. A numeric zone would therefore be unsupported.

    Which machine-set configurations are listed publicly?

    The official abstract lists generators driven by hydraulic turbines, motor-generators driven by pump-turbines, motor-generators driven by hydraulic turbines and separate pumps, and pumps driven by electric motors. Plant context and the motor-use exclusion must still be checked.

    Is 60 to 1 000 r/min an automatic applicability boundary?

    No. The public record describes that interval as typical and says the current database mainly covers 60 to 750 r/min, with only a very small sample at 1 000 r/min. The exact normal range for a covered turbine type is in protected Annex A.

    Are water-lubricated or rolling-element-bearing units covered?

    No. Both configurations are explicitly excluded from ISO 20816-5:2018 in the official public abstract.

    Can this worksheet recommend continued operation, maintenance, load restriction or shutdown?

    No. It only checks whether a documentation package is complete enough for licensed external evaluation by an accountable qualified reviewer.
