Kanuni Muhimu za Ulinganaji wa Shimoni

Ulinganaji wa shimoni unakakikita kwamba mistari ya kituo cha mzunguko wa mashine yaliyounganishwa ni sawa chini ya hali za uendeshaji. Kutokuwepo kwa ulinganaji ndiyo sababu nyingi zaidi ya kushindwa mapema kwa vipande vya mlipuko na kumweka katika mashine inayozunguka.

Aina za Kutokuwepo kwa Ulinganaji

  • Kuhama (Sambamba) — mistari ya kituo cha shimoni ni sambamba lakini iliyosogezwa. Inakadiriwa kwa mm katika ujamba.
  • Angular — mistari ya kituo cha shimoni inakatana kwenye pembe. Inakadiriwa kwa mm/100mm au milliradiani (mrad).

The rpm-stepped values below are widely used industry rules of thumb that originate from laser shaft-alignment practice (tolerance tables published by alignment-system manufacturers such as Prüftechnik and Fixturlaser); they are not defined by an ISO standard. Coupling standards such as ISO 14691 (flexible couplings for general-purpose applications in petroleum, petrochemical and natural gas industries) specify coupling requirements, including misalignment capability — always defer to the coupling manufacturer’s data.
