Modernizacija starog balansirnog stroja sa osloncima čvrste nosive konstrukcije

Ranije u članku, opisao sam modernizaciju starog mašina za balansiranje sa mekim osloncima. Za takve mašine, instaliramo Balanset-1A uređaj za balansiranje u slučaju mašina sa dva oslonca, i Balanset-4 u slučaju mašina sa više oslonaca.

Kruti oslonci: dizajn i prednosti

U ovom članku razmotrićemo modernizaciju stare mašine za balansiranje sa krutim osloncima. Njihovi oslonci su napravljeni u obliku krutih ploča sa oblikovanim žljebovima (utorima). Prirodne vibration frekvencije ovih oslonaca su značajno (najmanje 2-3 puta) veće od maksimalne brzine rotacije rotor koja se balansira na mašini.

Machines with hard-bearing supports are more versatile than machines with soft-bearing supports, as they usually provide the ability to balance rotors with a larger range of mass characteristics. An important advantage of these machines is also that they allow for high-precision balancing of rotors at relatively low rotational speeds, which can be within the range of 200-500 rpm and below.

Kako oslonac reaguje na sile neubalansiranoga rotora

Iz ove slike vidljivo je da pojedini delovi oslonca formiranog oblikovanim žljebovima imaju različitu krutost, što pod uticajem unbalance sila na rotor može dovesti do deformacija (pomeranja) pojedinih delova oslonca u odnosu jednih prema drugima.
