Unbox and verify. Check all components against the kit list. The sensors are factory-calibrated — enter the sensitivity value printed on the sensor body into the software and you are ready to measure. No on-site calibration visit is required.

What is the price of the Balanset-1A and what does it include?

The Full Kit is €1,975, which includes the two-channel USB measurement unit, two vibration accelerometers with 4 m cables, a laser tachometer / optical phase sensor (50–500 mm range), a magnetic sensor stand, a digital scale for trial and correction weights, Windows balancing and analysis software (perpetual licence), and a plastic transport case. A VAT invoice is issued at purchase. The OEM set (unit, two sensors, laser tachometer and software, without stand, scale or case) is also available — contact us for pricing.

Is a laptop included in the kit?

No. The Balanset-1A measuring unit connects to any Windows PC via USB. The software runs on Windows 7 through Windows 11. If you need a ruggedised field laptop, we can supply one on request — ask via the community forum for current options and pricing.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

We ship from Portugal via DHL Express. Shipping costs are €35 to mainland Portugal and €110 to the rest of the world. In-stock orders typically dispatch within 1–2 business days. You receive a DHL tracking number by e-mail when the parcel leaves our warehouse.

What warranty comes with the Balanset-1A?

All hardware in the kit carries a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The sensors are factory-calibrated before dispatch. If any component fails under warranty, we send a replacement. For calibration-certificate requirements (NIST-traceable or equivalent), contact us — a calibration certificate is available as an optional add-on.

Does the kit cover single-plane and two-plane balancing?

Yes. The Balanset-1A handles both single-plane balancing (narrow, disc-like rotors such as grinding wheels and single-stage fans) and two-plane balancing (wide rotors, long shafts, multi-stage assemblies) using the same influence-coefficient method. You switch between modes in software — no hardware change is needed.

How do I pay — and can I get a VAT invoice for my business?

We accept card payment and bank transfer. A proper VAT invoice is issued for every order, showing the applicable VAT rate and our EU VAT number. EU business customers purchasing for resale or professional use can apply for zero-rated VAT by providing their VAT registration number at checkout. If you need a formal pro-forma invoice before payment (common for purchase-order workflows), contact us via the community forum and we will issue one within one business day.

What after-sales support is included?

All Balanset-1A owners have free access to the Vibromera community forum, monitored daily by our engineer. Post your question, data file or screenshots and expect a reply within one business day.
