Corrections made in this audit
The mislabeled four-class chart was removed
The old Class I through IV model included a <=15 kW class while claiming ISO 10816-3, whose official scope begins above 15 kW. The twelve boundaries are no longer embedded or presented as current ISO 20816 values.
Withdrawn and draft documents are separated from current standards
ISO 10816-1 and ISO 10816-3 are withdrawn. Current ISO 20816-1:2016 and ISO 20816-3:2022 remain published while Edition 2 FDIS replacements are still under development.
Automatic alarm and shutdown language was removed
A scalar band cannot replace plant protection logic, manufacturer limits, change criteria, diagnostics and accountable engineering review.
Measurement and source identity are now explicit
The worksheet records machine/configuration, operating state, location/direction, quantity/unit/convention, frequency processing, instrument/uncertainty and the exact controlled source location.
Boundary equality is no longer hidden
The old code used strict less-than comparisons without documenting which band owns an exact threshold. The replacement requires the rule to be declared from the source.
Unsafe defaults and implicit persistence were removed
No values, classes or limits are prefilled. Automatic calculation, local history, clipboard export and dynamic HTML generation were removed; changed inputs make a result stale.
