ArBalance and the Balanset-1A: A Shared Platform
In this demonstration, a portable அதிர்வ பகுப்பாய்ப்பி ArBalance was used. The procedure follows the same principle as balancing with the Balanset-1A device. Both systems use identical vibration sensors and a லேசர் டாக்கோமீட்டர், and their technical characteristics are almost the same. If necessary, the ArBalance can also operate as a standalone அதிர்வு அளவீடு system for industrial machines.
A Fully Autonomous Field Instrument
Unlike PC-connected systems, the ArBalance is fully autonomous. It does not require a laptop or external power supply. The built-in battery supports continuous operation for about 10–12 hours, which makes it convenient for field balancing and vibration measurement in remote areas.
Diagnostic Capabilities
The device provides vibration graphs, கால-சார் அலை வடிவங்கள், and full நிறமாலை பகுப்பாய்வு. These functions help assess the machine’s technical condition, detect unbalance, misalignment, or resonance, and identify the root causes of defects.

The built-in signal processing algorithm ensures stable readings of vibration amplitude and phase, even in the presence of background vibration or electrical noise.
