💡 Tip: In vibration analysis, the harmonic spectrum pattern is a key diagnostic tool. Unbalance shows a dominant 1× peak, misalignment shows strong 2× (and sometimes 3×), and bearing defects generate non-synchronous frequencies related to bearing geometry.
