Discover the Portable Vibrometer-Balancer ArBalance • Portable balancer, vibration analyzer "Balanset" for dynamic balancing crushers, fans, mulchers, augers on combines, shafts, centrifuges, turbines, and many others rotors Discover the Portable Vibrometer-Balancer ArBalance • Portable balancer, vibration analyzer "Balanset" for dynamic balancing crushers, fans, mulchers, augers on combines, shafts, centrifuges, turbines, and many others rotors

During the balancing of the Fecon forestry mulcher with the FAE attachment, our specialist recorded short videos showing the rotor balancing process.

In this demonstration, a portable vibration analyzer ArBalance was used. The procedure follows the same principle as balancing with the Balanset-1A device. Both systems use identical vibration sensors and a laser tachometer, and their technical characteristics are almost the same. If necessary, the ArBalance can also operate as a standalone vibration measurement system for industrial machines.

Unlike PC-connected systems, the ArBalance is fully autonomous. It does not require a laptop or external power supply. The built-in battery supports continuous operation for about 10–12 hours, which makes it convenient for field balancing and vibration measurement in remote areas.

The device provides vibration graphs, time-domain waveforms, and full spectral analysis. These functions help assess the machine’s technical condition, detect unbalance, misalignment, or resonance, and identify the root causes of defects.

ArBalance includes two independent vibration channels, allowing vibration measurement in two planes at once. This improves the accuracy and efficiency of dynamic rotor balancing compared to single-channel systems.

The built-in signal processing algorithm ensures stable readings of vibration amplitude and phase, even in the presence of background vibration or electrical noise.

This makes the ArBalance vibration analyzer a reliable and versatile tool for field balancing, vibration analysis, and spectral diagnostics of rotating equipment.

Main features:
– Dual-channel vibration measurement
– Vibration velocity measurement up to 80 mm/s RMS
– Frequency range 5–1000 Hz
– FFT spectral analysis and vibration graphs
– Phase angle measurement 0–360° (±1° accuracy)
– Built-in tachometer input
– Long-life rechargeable battery (10–12 hours of work)

Such a combination of functions allows specialists to perform complete vibration analysis and balancing in the field — without connecting to external computers or power sources.
