Tishli ilashish chastotasi (GMF) — ikki tishli g'ildirak o'rtasida tishlarning ilashish tezligi. U ikkala tishli g'ildirak uchun bir xil:

Sidebands

Yon chastotalar GMF atrofida, val aylanish chastotalariga teng oraliqda joylashadi. Ular tishli uzatma holatining asosiy ko'rsatkichlari hisoblanadi:

  • Sidebands at f₁: Haydovchi tishli g'ildirakdagi nosozlikni bildiradi
  • f₂ dagi yon chastotalar: Haydovchan tishli g'ildirakdagi nosozlikni bildiradi
  • Nosimmetrik yon chastotalar: Yorilgan yoki singan tishlarni ko'rsatadi

Amaliy Misol

Misol — qiyshiq tishli uzatma 23/67, 1500 RPM

Given: Z₁ = 23, Z₂ = 67, RPM₁ = 1500

f₁ = 1500/60 = 25 Hz

GMF = 23 × 25 = 575 Hz

Gear ratio = 67/23 = 2.913:1

RPM₂ = 1500 × 23/67 = 514.9 RPM → f₂ = 8.58 Hz

Sidebands: 575 ± 25 Hz, 575 ± 8.58 Hz, etc.

Tip: Sog'lom tishli uzatmada odatda past amplitudali, simmetrik yon chastotali GMF kuzatiladi. Yon chastotalarning o'sishi, ayniqsa asimmetrik holatda, nosozlikning rivojlanayotganidan dalolat beradi.
