Haroratni tuzatish formulasi

Fazalar qaршилиги muvozanatsizligi
3 fazali motorlar uchun fazalar orasidagi qarshilikni solishtiring:
- < 1% — A'lo, normal holat
- 1–2% — Qabul qilinadi, kuzatib boring
- > 2% — Muammo: o'ramlarning qisqa tutashuvi, zaif ulanishlar yoki chulg'am degradatsiyasi ehtimoli
- > 5% — Jiddiy: motor ta'mirlash uchun ishdan chiqarilishi kerak
⚠️ Important: All three phase readings must be taken at the same temperature. Allow the motor to reach thermal equilibrium (at least 30 minutes idle for large motors) before measuring.
Tip: For motors measured hot after running, you can back-calculate the winding temperature: T_hot = (R_hot/R_cold) × (k + T_cold) − k. This helps assess insulation thermal class loading.
