Return Eligibility

You may return your Vibromera product within 30 days from the date of delivery (based on tracking confirmation) provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is in its original packaging with all accessories, cables, sensors, documentation, and components included.
  • The product has not been disassembled, modified, or repaired by a third party.
  • You have obtained an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our team before shipping.

What is an RMA number? It is a unique return reference code that we assign to your return request. It helps us track your return and process your refund quickly. We will not accept packages sent without an RMA number.

How to Return

  1. Submit a return request Email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for the return, and photos of the product and packaging.
  2. Receive your RMA number We will review your request within 2 business days and reply with your RMA number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the product Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address below. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
  4. Receive your refund Once we receive and inspect the product at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

💰 Refund Conditions

The refund amount depends on the condition of the returned product:

Sealed / unopened, original packaging intact 100% refund
Opened, tested briefly, complete set, no damage 100% refund
Used with minor signs of wear (scratches, scuffs), complete set 70–85% refund
Significant wear, missing components, or damaged packaging Evaluated individually
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method (bank card, PayPal, wire transfer, etc.).
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer in all cases, except when the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect.
  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.

🛡️ 2-Year Warranty

All Vibromera products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. During the warranty period:

  • We will repair or replace the product free of charge if the defect is confirmed.
  • We cover the cost of return shipping and delivery of the repaired/replaced product back to you.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

🌍 International Returns

The same return conditions apply to all customers worldwide. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs from any country are paid by the buyer.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees on the return shipment are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • For warranty repairs or replacements, we cover the cost of shipping the product back to you.

Exceptions

Heavily damaged or misused products Products with significant damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair are not eligible for return.

Custom-made products Products manufactured to custom specifications are non-refundable.

Purchases from distributors If you purchased your product from a distributor or reseller, please contact them directly for returns.
Return request after 30 days Returns requested after the 30-day return window cannot be accepted. Warranty claims remain available for 2 years.
