- If the product has signs of significant use, such as scratches, scuffs, chips or other damage indicating use that goes beyond normal inspection, the return may be partial. In this case, we withhold 20-30% of the value of the goods, depending on the degree of its wear and tear.
- In some cases, a return may be refused if the product has serious damage caused by improper use or careless handling.
2. How to arrange a return?
To arrange a return, please follow these instructions:
- Contact us: Send a return request by email to info@vibromera.eu, indicating the order number and reason for the return.
- Send photos: To help us assess the condition of your product and determine the refund amount, please send us photos.
- Receive confirmation: We will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the product as soon as possible.

Important: Please keep the mail with the tracking number so that we can monitor the delivery of the returned goods.
3. Refund
- After receiving and checking the returned goods, we will refund your money within 30 days.
- Refunds are made in the same way that the payment was made (to a bank card, PayPal account, etc.).
- If the product has been used and has signs of use, the refund will be partial (70-80% of the order amount).
- The cost of returning the goods is paid by the buyer, except in cases where the goods are damaged through our fault or due to a manufacturing defect. In such cases, we will fully reimburse the cost of the goods and pay for the return shipping.
4. Warranty
All our products have a 1 year warranty. During the warranty period, you can contact us for free repair or replacement of the product in case of manufacturing defects.
5. International returns
The return conditions for buyers from other countries are similar to the conditions for buyers from Portugal. Please note that the cost of returning goods from another country is paid by the buyer. In the case of warranty repair or replacement of goods, we will bear the cost of delivering the goods back to the buyer.
6. Return of goods of good quality
You can return goods of good quality if they have not been used, have retained their presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels, and there is a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods. In this case, the cost of returning the goods is paid by the buyer.
